Moving JR Lot 12 sign to Mountain Vista's Lot 26 as we are selling and closing on Lot 12 on Thursday, October 27, 2005. Carolyn modified sign and we needed to place it today as the big "Rock Saw" will be diging in front of Lot 26 by tomorrow and we couldn't get there because of the deep sewer line ditch!

Another part of the Tulum Ruins. After touring the ruins we then went to Xelha, which was a great water area for just about any water sport or swimming. We also stopped at "Princess Cays" island, Jamaica but had to cancel the stop at Grand Cayman as we had a real bad storm in Jamaica which held up about 200 of our passengers which made us running over 12 hours late so the Cruise Co. just cancelled the stop. Everyone was quite unhappy at this cancellation especially since other cruise lines had the same problems but still made each of the ports perhaps a bit late but still made them! The dolphin's were great at Xel-Ha.
Carolyn in front of a corner watchtower of the Tulum Ruins. Notice the Caribbean Sea in the background. Beautiful setting but alittle humid for us Arizona people! Will post one more picture of the main building in the ruins. It took us about a 45 minute, one way boat ride from Cozumel Island to mainland, then about an hour bus trip to the ruins.
Great Cruise
Just got back in Phoenix from Princess Cruise. Had a great time and met alot of wonderful people. Will post a couple of pictures of Carolyn and I at Tulum Ruins which is on mainland Mexico but we actually ported at Cozumel, which is an island off the Caribbean Sea just south of Cancun

Carolyn sitting around pool area! This area is for homeowner's and guests. Swimming pool, Lap pool and much more! Visit http://www.playadeoro.com for more info on Playa de Oro which is the subdivision where we will be building. Approx 6 miles North of San Felipe and about 1 mile South of El Dorado Ranch, which is a very large development. The El Dorado Golf course is just 1/2 mile from us at 7200 yards is a pretty hard course to play but very beautiful! All greens and fairway grass is of a new type "salt-water" grass.
