Update on Alon.....Just needing to complete bushings in the landing gear as everything else is complete. I replaced the entire panel instruments, radios, gps, etc. Also did annual and alot more small detail work. City of Phoenix is building more hangars in the background.
Carolyn loves this house in Playa de Oro! I think she would move right in, if available. Notice the developer still in working on putting in the streets. The outer wall is being constructed now so the streets are the only other improvement to come. Water is on at our lot, in fact, the contruction people next door are using our water tap.
Another quads picture with John and Lauren in the foreground. Starting to pack up the Toyhauler!
Michelle and John and family with their quads in the Ranch RV park looking out over the sea. They cleaned the quads many times, even though in this picture it doesn't look like it. They spend most the time time on the beaches and going out with the tide. Bonnie's Jim in the background, as well as Roger sitting down behind Jim. Notice the sea in the background!
Recent trip to San Felipe found a new neighbor building a house right to the north of our lot. Our lot has the Ocotillo on it, which is the corner lot with the unobstructed ocean view directly behind the photo. Over 50 homes in Playa de Oro are constructed or under contruction with only 30 lots left to be sold as of 4/2006.
